Writing the title, description, chapters and tags after every upload is the boring part nobody warns you about. Here's how to generate all of it automatically from your video's own transcript — free, in your browser, in about a minute.
Why chapters and a real description matter
Chapters give viewers a clickable timeline so they can jump to the part they came for, which keeps them watching instead of bouncing. A description packed with the actual words from your video helps YouTube and Google understand what it's about and surface it in search. Tags round out the context. Skip all this and even a great video gets buried.

What you need
- A recording in EZ Web Streams — capture one at /record or open a project at /edit.
- Spoken words in the video (Show Notes works from the transcript).

Step 1 — Finish your edit
Get the video the way you want it in the editor at /edit — trim the top, cut the dead parts, add captions if you like. Do this first, because the chapters and timestamps are generated from the final cut. If you re-cut heavily afterward, just run Show Notes again.
Step 2 — Open File → "Show Notes…"
In the editor's File menu, choose Show Notes…. EZ Web Streams reads the transcript and generates a full package:

One thing to know: YouTube only shows chapters if the first line is 0:00, you have at least three chapters, and each is at least 10 seconds long. Show Notes builds them from your real transcript timings, so they land in that format by default.
Step 4 — Publish (and skip the copy-paste)
You can paste the metadata into a manual upload, or use Export → YouTube to send the video straight from the editor with an AI-suggested title and description attached. Either way you never scrub through your own footage hunting for timestamps.
